We are a very small studio, and generally process orders just one day per week, however your order of quilting supplies will usually ship within 3-5 business days. If you’d like expedited shipping, please contact us before placing your order.

If you have a question or concern about your order, please email us and provide a phone number to contact you, as our email replies will likely land in your spam folder! We never ignore our customers!

Occasionally we travel for shows or teaching events and shipping will be delayed until we're back in the studio. The info bar at the top of the site page will let you know about shipping delay periods.

Presale items ship when the merchandise is on hand.

Please see full shipping information here.

Share details about your shipping policies, item returns, or customer service.

When you order a digital pattern, a link to download the files will be emailed to you. Click through the link and make sure you save the file on your computer or other device so you can access it again. You have 5 download attempts after which the link will expire (free patterns have 3 download attempts). Contact us if you need help with your digital purchase.

Items made with a DSQ pattern may not be produced for commercial resale. You may use DSQ patterns for your own use, to make gifts, or to make an item for charitable purposes.

You can find an archive of out-of-print DSQ fabrics on our Fabric Archives. If you’re hoping to purchase an older fabric, use the archive to identify the print and try resellers like Ebay or Etsy.

We offer recolorations of archival prints in our Patchwork Panels, and sell precuts of current licensed collections.

Please see our Quilt Care page.

At this time our fabric club membership is a one-time payment and is not refundable. Any fabrics cut to order are not refundable or returnable.

Please visit our Book Denyse page for more information.

If you haven’t already, visit the Made to Order page for an overview of the process, and browse the Quilt Gallery (and/or Quilt Patterns) for design direction. Learn more about the details of commissioning a quilt here. Denyse accepts a limited number of commissions annually. Contact us to reserve a spot in the calendar.
